Falual Group contributes by donating goods to the Municipal Kennel
It is with great satisfaction that Falual Group contributed to the cause of our four-legged friends!
Our donation of food and essential products for dogs and cats was delivered with great care to the Municipal Police facilities, due to the ongoing works at the Trofa kennel.
We are truly grateful to our employees for joining this solidarity initiative and for making a difference in the lives of these animals who greatly need our support. Together, we are building a better future for all!

Falual Group and Employees Unite in Support of Firefighters
In the face of the devastating fires that have ravaged our country recently, Falual Group and its employees have not been indifferent. Showing solidarity and a strong spirit of mutual aid, we joined forces to support the real heroes who are tirelessly fighting the flames.
With this initiative, more than 500 bottles of water, tinned food and clothes were donated to the firefighters who risk their lives to protect our communities and Portugal's natural heritage.
This action reflects Falual Group's commitment to standing by those who need it most, recognising the dedication and invaluable effort of our firefighters. Together, we make a difference.

Supporting and Encouraging Sport and Physical Activity
At Falual Group, we believe that sport is essential for physical and mental well-being, as well as promoting values such as teamwork, resilience and discipline. That's why we are deeply committed to supporting and encouraging the practice of sport, both within our organization and in the community where we operate.
O nosso envolvimento no desporto traduz-se em apoios a clubes locais, como forma de valorizar e dinamizar o desporto na região da Trofa. Este apoio estende-se também a clubes de referência, como o F.C. Famalicão, C.D. Trofense, F.C. VIzela, reforçando a nossa ligação ao desenvolvimento desportivo regional.

Food donation to the Trofa Red Cross
Over time, we have tried to be close to local institutions, supporting causes that make a difference in our community. We have already carried out more than one volunteer action in collaboration with the Trofa Red Cross, where we delivered food and clothing collected with the support of our factory staff.
We believe that together we can help those who need it most, reinforcing the spirit of solidarity that unites us. These initiatives are more than gestures, they are a commitment to social responsibility and the well-being of our community.

First Clean Energy Batteries in Portugal
The first long-duration iron flow batteries for industrial applications have arrived at our facilities, where a photovoltaic production plant will be installed to achieve greater energy efficiency in harmony with sustainability.
We are committed to taking significant steps towards a greener and more self-sufficient future.
The most remarkable aspect of these batteries is their virtually zero environmental impact. Made from naturally abundant elements such as water, salt, and iron, they provide a safe and sustainable solution for energy storage. With a lifespan of over 20 years and environmentally friendly disposal, these batteries represent a significant milestone in the pursuit of cleaner and more efficient energy solutions.
These batteries are a sustainable alternative to traditional lithium batteries, which have a considerable environmental impact.
At Falual, we are excited to lead this initiative toward a more sustainable energy future for Portugal.

We periodically promote harvest actions, open to the entire population
At Falual Group, we believe that small actions can generate big changes. It is in this spirit that we regularly organize blood drives, open to the entire population, with the aim of supporting institutions and those who need it most.
In the 2024 action, we had the participation of 70 volunteers, including employees and members of the local community, who together contributed around 35 liters of blood. This gesture of solidarity is a reflection of Falual Group's commitment to promoting collective well-being.

Speed Recruitment 2025 – Alfandega do Porto
The Falual Group attended 18th edition of the Speed Recruitment, which took place on november 5, at Alfandega do Porto.
It was a day filled with fast enterviews, where we had the opportunity to meet many talented people from different fields of study, ranging from engineering to management and design.
Through our companies — MTC People, Falual Metalomecânica, MTC People and Trifluido — we showcased the professional opportunities that we offer and reaffirmed our commitment to value and attract talent.
Being present at this event was, without a doubt, a very positive experience, which allowed us to create new connections and discover professionals ready to make a difference.

Pink October at Falual Group
As part of the Pink October campaign, Falual Group partnered with Farmácia Trofense to promote a moment of awareness and sharing about breast cancer and the importance of early diagnosis.
The initiative featured a special guest speaker, a former cancer patient and current representative of the association “Testemunhar é Amar”, who shared her inspiring testimony. With a story marked by courage and resilience, she spoke about her journey as a patient, the challenges faced during treatment, and the way she now celebrates life free from cancer.
The lecture, filled with emotion and empathy, aimed to raise awareness among the group’s female employees about the importance of health monitoring and self-care, reinforcing that prevention remains the most effective way to fight this disease.
This moment was more than just a lecture — it was a true lesson in hope, sharing, and unity. We believe that caring also means listening, sharing, and supporting. Pink October reminds us every year that self-love and prevention save lives.

Falual Group Helps Again — 2nd Blood Donation Campaign 2025
On the 6th of Junewe held the second blood collection of the year at Falual Group, and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who took part and helped make this moment possible.
Across the two editions held in 2025, we managed to bring together around 100 people, which fills us with pride and joy. It is with great satisfaction that we see our community united around such a noble cause as blood donation, a small gesture that can save lives..
We would also like to extend a special thank you to the Portuguese Institute of Blood and Transplantation (IPST) and its tireless team of professionals, who once again showed remarkable dedication and professionalism..
The success of these collections shows us that we are on the right path — and we won’t stop here. We will continue to promote impactful initiatives, with the same spirit of social responsibility that drives us.

Blood Donation 2025 | Falual Group
No passado dia 17 de janeiro, a Falual Group voltou a demonstrar o seu compromisso com a sociedade ao organizar mais uma colheita de sangue, uma iniciativa que já se tornou uma tradição nos últimos anos. Esta ação solidária, realizada em parceria com os profissionais do IPST (Instituo Português do Sangue e da Transplantação) durante a tarde de sexta-feira, contando com cerca de 50 inscritos.
O objetivo principal desta iniciativa é contribuir para a sociedade, salvar vidas e reforçar o nosso compromisso com a construção de um mundo melhor. Abrimos as portas à comunidade e contámos, uma vez mais, com a participação ativa dos nossos trabalhadores.
Acreditamos que ações como esta têm um impacto real e transformador, não só na vida daqueles que beneficiam diretamente das dádivas de sangue, mas também na criação de uma cultura de responsabilidade social e solidariedade.

We were present at the 17th edition of Speed Recruitment
We were present at the 17th edition of Speed Recruitment! On October 31st, Falual Group took part in one of the most dynamic recruitment fairs in the country, reaffirming our commitment to attracting and engaging new talent for our team.
This participation gave us an excellent opportunity to make Falual Group known to future professionals. Throughout the event, we presented who we are, what drives us and how our work impacts the industries in which we operate. We also had the chance to talk directly to the candidates, sharing information about our current vacancies and the various career opportunities within the group.
With a close and open approach, we tried not only to highlight the skills and values we are looking for, but also to listen to the candidates' expectations and ambitions. It was a very enriching day, where we made connections that could certainly translate into future partnerships and collaborations.

Falual Group Implements New Department
Falual Group is reaffirming its commitment to employee well-being by inaugurating a new Health and Wellness Department. This initiative will be available to all three companies in the group, covering more than 250 employees.
Falual Group's management stressed that the creation of this department is a natural and necessary step to reinforce care for employees.
The main objective is to ensure that employees feel supported, not only at work, but also on a personal level. Mental and emotional well-being is fundamental, and having someone to talk to, air problems and receive professional support makes all the difference.
This new department will not be limited to psychological support; it will also promote activities and workshops focused on general well-being, such as stress management and mindfulness sessions.
With this new initiative, Falual Group is taking another step towards a future where employee well-being is a priority, promoting a more inclusive and humane corporate culture.
